Single source · West Bank, Palestinian territories (approximate) · 2026-10-16 09:38 UTC

Anadolu Agency, The Arab Weekly and UPI all report that China has told Israel to stop settlement expansion in the occupied West Bank. Anadolu describes it as halting a 'forced establishment' of settlements, and UPI as stopping settling the West Bank by force. All three attribute the demand to China and appear to relay the same Chinese statement.
