Oman's foreign minister, in an interview with Channel 4 UK, said Persian Gulf countries should be in the driver's seat on regional affairs and called on the US and Israel to leave Iran alone and pursue a peaceful and just solution to the Palestinian issue. Both reports relay the same interview: Tasnim News (Telegram) says the minister also said Iran is part of the region's geography, and ME Observer (Telegram) reports the same core remarks.
