Tasnim News (Telegram) reports that Israeli forces shot and wounded a Palestinian child with live ammunition in west Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip, on 12 October 2026, with the casualty count unknown. No other claim describes this incident, and the other two claims concern a West Bank settler incident and Israeli reservist testimonies about Gaza, which do not address it.
