Iran's Intelligence Ministry says its provincial intelligence department arrested 16 people in four cells in Sistan and Baluchestan province, some reportedly from abroad, and seized 9 Kalashnikovs, 2 M4 rifles and 7 pistols with ammunition, according to Tasnim News and ME Observer. Al-Monitor reports the same arrests and says the cells were linked to the US and Israel, which matches the ministry's 'American-Zionist enemy' framing. Videos or images of the seized weapons were posted by Tasnim News and ME Observer, but they come from the same ministry operation.
